2. What data we collect
Through the web forms we collect: in the reservation form, first and last name, email, requested date and time, party size and comments; in the contact form, name, email, subject and message. We do not collect special-category data or data of minors without guardian consent.
3. Purpose of processing
To manage and confirm table reservations, respond to contact-form enquiries and contact you regarding your request. We will not use your data to send commercial communications without express authorisation through a separate channel.
4. Legal basis
The express consent of the data subject, given by ticking the form checkbox, and the performance of pre-contractual steps to manage the reservation.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to manage your request and for legally required periods. Afterwards, it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients
Your data will not be shared with third parties except by legal obligation. The technology providers supporting the site act as data processors (GDPR art. 28) under a confidentiality agreement.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent by writing to barpilares@gmail.com with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
